Happy 18th Birthday, Rhi! It was an amazing journey, watching you from day 1 to adulthood. I wouldn’t trade even one of those days, thank you for being a part of our lives. I love you, so very much.
I’ve been spending a lot of thought on what I’d like to do with my yard this year, especially since we have a new landlord & can use a hose to water things this year. I’d really love to get some sort of nice seating out there & maybe a small table, for Troy & I to eat on when we cook out. I know I want some tasteful outdoor lighting, too. Maybe even some solar powered stuff, just because I love the idea of it. I intend to plant flowers, like we always do & probably put in a container garden for vegetables. I have a 5 gallon bucket 3/4 full of iris bulbs that will go on the north side of the lawn, and then we’ll probably plant some shade variety wildflowers on the south side, since that’s almost always in the shade. I’m excited about it & can hardly wait until we have some extra money to buy some flowers and stuff.
Erin will be coming in on the bus this morning. Michael’s car broke down in a small town in California, so someone’s mother bought them bus tickets home. That’s about all I know at this point.
Caffeinate me!
