Busy Saturday

Wow, I thought I might relax a little bit today, but that really didn’t end up happening, not much, at any rate. I got up with Troy this morning & was so tired I had an extremely hard time getting motivated to do more than sit here and stare at my laptop. I finally got up & showered, did my makeup and got my Avon orders together, delivered to my mom & dad & visited with them for awhile, which, come to think of it, was pretty relaxing.

When I was done with that I needed to go to the store. You remember me mentioning pumpkin the other day & how I wouldn’t know what to do if I couldn’t get a hold of it anymore? Walmart was sold out completely last night. Not one can anywhere. I went in search of more today & could only find the giant cans, but that’s okay, it’s way better than none, right?

I ran to the dollar store on my way home & grabbed a bunch of frames so I can get the rest of my snapshots hung on the wall, and then sat here and trimmed pictures & put them in frames, after I ate my lunch. I still have a few to do & I have a bunch of prints coming in the mail from Shutterfly, too, so I’ll probably need more frames before I’m done.

I worked on decluttering the bedroom for awhile, too and made a bit of progress on all of that. I couldn’t believe some of the stuff I have saved over the years! What in the world was I thinking? I was bopping along to the radio in there while I was working, had it turned up nice & loud & what do you think happened? Yep, the emergency alert system came on & scared me half to death!

I finished up in there for awhile & came out here to work on more pictures, then Troy called to ask if I wanted to go out to dinner & a movie tonight, which I’m all for, of course! I’m excited to have a nice date night with my husband, we’ll have a good time.

Anyway, onto today’s FOAM Project:

Food: A clementine/satsuma/mandarine I had for a snack

Outside: The leaves on my little Box Elder

Abstract: Looking through the glass door of my China cabinet.

Me: Just me

Caffeinate me!
